In light of the recent developments concerning the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), our Beijing Offices will be closed to the public until February 10, 2020. As we continue to monitor the situation regularly, we are prepared to continue to serve our clients and partners and work will resume remotely from the 3rd of February. We recognise the inconvenience the new working arrangement may create but the decision to do so was not something we took lightly and it was reached after extensive consultations with and advise from Beijing Municipal Government, Public health authorities in China and WHO to ensure the health and safety of our whole community, including our employees and associates.
Our UK headquarters and our offices in Malaysia will continue to offer their usual services during their regular hours but our China office may take longer than usual to respond to your queries and we apologise for any inconveniences this might create.
In these trying times as the whole nation stands united to fight the outbreak, we ask all our partners and colleague in Beijing and through China to observe utmost care and precaution and follow the guidelines from international SOS to maintain their safety and the safety of their communities.
